Dr. Nicole La Verne is an Organizational Leadership Psychologist, CCE Approved Clinical Supervisor, Oregon Board and ACCBO approved clinical supervisor for LPC, LMFT, CADC I,II, & III, and a licensed therapist and Transpersonal Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Dr. La Verne specializes in helping individuals and systems achieve their greatest potential.
With over 20 years experience in the Behavioral Health and Addictions field, Dr. La Verne has the ability to recognize those areas that keep us all stuck in old behavior and systemic processes and has the ability to guide those seeking growth, whether individuals or organizations, to a better state of well-being, productivity, and performance. Stephanie Bauer is a licensed professional counselor in the state of North Dakota and Oregon. Stephanie Bauer is originally from Mandan, ND and has recently moved to Oregon. Stephanie received both her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of North Dakota.
Stephanie has experience working with families, individuals, couples, and children ages 5+. She enjoys using an eclectic approach to therapy including EMDR, motivational interviewing, CBT, trauma based therapy, solution focused therapy, emotion focused therapy, and codependency individual and group therapy. Stephanie has an interest in working with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress management, relationship and communication issues, spirituality issues, social justice and family issues. She has a commitment to create a safe environment that fosters the growth and well-being of others in session. Dan is currently transitioning from a distinguished 27-year career in public safety and is a U.S. Navy veteran. He specializes in working with public safety professionals, military service members, veterans and their families in group or individual settings. Dan understands the stress factors inherent in these professions and the psychological effects of exposure to trauma.
Dan provides services for a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues that may influence daily living.
